After the cleanup: no cigs, alcohol, pot, coffee, etc.

I think this is a huge part of why most of the people I know are not stable. They continue to do drugs and alcohol because no one has really emphasized the importance of being substance free. I see people that won’t take bipolar meds but then they abuse drugs and alcohol. You will never find peace and balance by doing this.

After the cleanup: no cigs, alcohol, pot, coffee, etc. it is such a great feeling, i.e. to feel normal again. Glad you too are moving in that direction.
