Wait, wait. I kept expecting you to cover the no. 1 reason most detest this line of work: cold call reluctance. I once was in real estate where cold calling is a must; most agents don't do it. Nor do car salespeople. When they should, but rejection resistance is a very real block for most people. At least a side acknowledgment of this issue would have been welcomed.
